Give and track stars

Would you like to have more influence over which employees get rewarded or promoted in your organization? Stars allow you to do just that. When this feature is enabled, you will be able to anonymously endorse coworkers as a star performer and then will be asked to identify others who could take their place when necessary. This means that recommendations from you and your coworkers can be taken into account when positions are being filled. Since you are the ones working with these people, you have the best insight into who would be right for the role.
