Pre-assess candidates

As a Recruiting Administrator, you can pre-assess candidate before hiring them by asking them to take an assessment. You can evaluate candidates based on their assessment. As an admin, you can either import an existing pre-assessment or create a new one.

To attach an existing assessment to a job requisition:

  1. Go to the Pre-Assessments tab of the job requisition.
  2. Click Import existing Pre-Assessment link.
  3. Search for the existing assessment that your recruitment administrator has created and select it from the drop-down list. If the requisition is associated with an existing template and has an assessment, then the hiring manager cannot edit the assessment.
