Earn rewards

When the Rewards service is enabled, you can earn rewards in the form of badges and points.

You can earn badges and points by completing learning events (courses and classes), or through achievements like passing a test on the first try. Your coworkers can also give you points and badges through impressions.

You can use the points you’ve earned in a couple of ways. You can redeem them for a variety of gifts set up by your organization, or you can give points to coworkers through impressions.
