About the My Team Overview
As a manager, the My Team overview page gives you a quick preview of your team. Based on your privileges, you can select a direct team, alternate team, or an organization to view members within them. You can even search for a specific team member directly using the person search.
The page also provides you with bulk actions for the entire team. You can see all pending approvals for the team by clicking the Pending Approvals link, while the Team Actions section lets you perform various actions for multiple members simultaneously.

- Upcoming - Displays the items that are assigned to the member and have a
due date in the next 7 days, including today.Note: Performance objects are not supported in the Upcoming tab.
- Overdue - Displays the items that are assigned to the member and have a due date in past.
- Approval - Displays the items that a member has submitted but requires
approval to complete the process. For example, if a member has registered for a
learning item such as a course and if approval is required to proceed with the
registration, then the course appears in this list.Note: If the manager is not in the approval chain and a learner's registration is created in the pending approval state, the manager sees the registration in that state. Since the manager is not in the approval chain, the manager cannot accept or reject the pending approval registration. The manager can only drop the pending approval registration.
Numbers in each column for a member indicate the number of such items requiring your attention. Click the number in a column to expand the row for details of each item. For example, the following image shows an expanded view of 26 overdue items for the team member Judy Womack. The expanded view allows you to quickly act on the items directly from this page by using the action menu for each item.
You can sort the records by the columns (Upcoming, Overdue, and Approval). The column sorting applies only to records present on that page; it does not sort the entire set of member records.
You can use the Actions column of a member to start a check-in with the member, send a private message via a nudge, leave an impression, assign a goal, and more.
