About a career path

A career path is a list of jobs, promotions, and department transfers within the organization that is necessary for you to reach the desired destination. You can create up to four different paths, exploring different career opportunities in each one.

In any organization, an employee feels the need of growing and prospering in their career. Career Planning gives you the same opportunity, where you can create up to 4 paths that best suits your need and you can do all that is required to achieve it so that you choose one and step ahead in your career life.

The user can access their active career paths through a deeplink. The deeplink can be notified by HR administrator.

A job is a designation, that you add to your career plan so that you can achieve it by fulfilling the required items.

The manager and alternate manager can only view the career path and add goal, skill, and learning item to the team member's To-Do List for all the available paths.
