The Engagement tools allow you to configure certain aspects of PQ score and DNA.

Configure the PQ (People Quotient) Start Date

A person's PQ score is computed daily. Cornerstone Saba calculates the score based on user activity in the past 365 days. As a system admin, you can optionally specify a start date in the PQ Start Date field for the PQ score computation.

By default, this date field is empty. That is, the system considers user activities over last the 365 days.

If you specify a date in this field, then the system considers only those user activities that occur on and after this date for calculating the PQ score.

To configure the PQ Start Date:
  1. Click System > Manage Engagement Tools > PQ & DNA.
  2. Specify a date in the PQ Start Date field.
  3. Click Save.

Trigger DNA (Dynamic Network Analysis) visualizations

The DNA visualizations are triggered periodically by two predefined notification events:

  • DNA Gather Group Visual Data

  • DNA Gather Network Visual Data

The notification events are available under System > Configure Services > Collaboration > DNA > Notifications.

Note: Do not modify these events manually. You can trigger the visualization updates manually only if the notification events are not triggered.
To trigger DNA visualizations manually:
  1. Click System > Manage Engagement Tools > PQ & DNA.
  2. View the Model Build Status value for each visualization. If the status does not indicate that the visualizations were initiated, then click the Start Up button for each visualization to trigger the updates manually.
    Note: If the model is up-to-date, then the Start Up button for visualization is not displayed.
  3. Click the Refresh button to update the page details.

End users can view the group-related DNA visualization under Group Evolution in ME > DNA. The DNA visualization is also displayed at the group level on the group details page under DNA.
