View the Job Dashboard

The Job Dashboard provides more details of site-specific jobs with a retry option to retry the failed job processing.

To view the Job Dashboard:
  1. Click System > Monitor Background Jobs > Job Dashboard. The Job Dashboard page opens.
  2. Specify the required search criteria.

    Range
    Select a time range. You can select from:
    • Today - This is the default selection.
    • Yesterday
    • Week to date - From start of week until date
    • Month to date - From start of month until date
    • Date range - Specify the date range using the Start Date/Time and End Date/Time fields.
    • Last 48 Hours
    • Last 72 Hours
    		 Yes
    Event Select the event name from the list of events.
    Note: The list includes only those events that are added to the list of event configurations.
    		 No
    Start Date Select the starting date for finding the job. This field is enabled only if you selected the "Date range" option in the Range field. Yes
    Start Time Select the starting time for finding the job. This field is enabled only if you selected the "Date range" option in the Range field. Yes
    End Date Select the ending date for finding the job. This field is enabled only if you selected the "Date range" option in the Range field. Yes
    End Time Select the ending time for finding the job. This field is enabled only if you selected the "Date range" option in the Range field. Yes
  3. Click the Apply button. View the current status of jobs in this environment. The results are displayed in chart as well as tabular format.
